KYC= Know Your Customer.
We have to check your identity for buying, trading, selling & listing. For this we will always! ask you for a copy passport, Proof of Address. If you are represented by a company we will have to go all the way back to the UBO('s)..

The FNFTEX has a special section for entrepreneurs who want to raise capital on a regulated digital exchange.
We provide the infrastructure where you trade in a safe enviroment where Decentralised Finance tools cut out all middleman needed.
As we also require the same level of information from the listing companies, its has the quality, transparency and reliability you are used to.
EQUITY
Shares of 2 sorts are available at the moment at the FNFTEX. The first is labelled ART and represents shares in a piece of Art; painting , drawing or sculpture and shares in Companies. These Shares have 9 digits- 4 letters and 5 numbers if a tangible asset (like a painting) OR 4 letters if a company share.

BONDS
If you can't or don't want to buy/sell equity there is the possibility on buying/selling (high yield and/or convertible) bonds. Loans with an interest rate linked to a risk profile and/or also convertible for shares.
Some of the bonds have a monthly interest payment attached.
(index) fund & ETF
An exchange-traded fund (ETF) is a type of investment vehicle that tracks the performance of a particular asset or group of assets. ETFs are traded on the FNFTEX and can be bought and sold like individual shares.
At the moment there is one (1) index Fund available; the represents the value of the FNFTEX-50; the average rise and fall of 50 selected share sorts in a number.
