Why the future is now

The FNFTEX is the first asset share exchange working on a global financial system and operating on public blockchains. We use this technology to create a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates transactions, replacing intermediaries such as banks or brokerage firms. This approach allows us to keep costs low and establish trust in the ownership and value of these shares.
Anyone with a network connection can build or access FNFTEX-listed shares as soon as they are deployed on the blockchain.
This platform is redefining how financial products and services are consumed. It completely changes how financial primitives are structured and traded, enabling the development and deployment of new financial products with instant global reach.

Complicated?

Yes, it probably does sound complicated.

However, the FNFTEX has translated all the above into a normal and understandable way of working.
It operates similarly to a regular exchange that you are familiar with. You will have an account showing the shares you own, their prices, and the option to buy and sell. Additionally, you can list your own shares if you wish to do so. The platform supports both traditional bank accounts and crypto wallets for added convenience.
In addition to this, unlike other companies, we also incorporate "old world" currencies such as US dollars, Euros, and others, in addition to accepting various cryptocurrencies. While we list assets in Euros to reduce volatility compared to certain cryptocurrencies, we provide currency exchange services at any time based on the prevailing exchange rates. This means we can handle transactions involving various currencies like US dollars, British pounds, as well as cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more.

So; you don't need to worry about the technicalities of these processes as we manage all the transactions as described above. However, if you are interested in the technical details, feel free to keep on reading for more information.

Data sets used for AI (deep learning) are growing rapidly in size and scope.
In our case, we utilize all the data tables within the dataset. The dataset comprises four categories of data: (1) basic data, (2) trading data, (3) finance data, and (4) other reference data. Each of these data tables is linked to one another through a shared field called "Stock ID." This identifier, "Stock ID," is unique and registered not only on the FNFTEX but also on other stock exchanges like Euronext, Nasdaq, LSE, and several others.
This comprehensive dataset allows us to gather valuable information from various sources and perform deep learning for AI applications, contributing to our platform's continuous expansion and improvement.

Smart contracts are the critical innovation driving the new financial world.
These pieces of code enable the execution of complex transactions between individuals automatically on blockchains when predetermined conditions are met. With smart contracts, peer-to-peer transactions become possible without the need for a centralized entity to manage and approve them. Financial primitives such as trading and lending are implemented in protocols that rely on smart contracts to settle transactions.
Smart contracts are also redefining how financial products and services are consumed. They completely change the structure and trading of financial primitives, allowing the creation and deployment of new financial products with instant global reach. Here are some transformative aspects of DeFi compared to traditional financial services:

  1. Fast Transactions: By removing middlemen and utilizing smart contracts on blockchain infrastructure, payment settlement times, especially for large transactions, can be significantly reduced from days to minutes. Even complex transactions that involve navigating multiple regulatory environments, such as international transfers, could be automated by coding the appropriate logic into a smart contract.

  2. Automation: Once deployed on-chain, smart contracts execute without any human intervention when the associated pre-conditions are met. This automation streamlines processes, reduces human errors, and increases efficiency in financial operations.

The emergence of smart contracts in the financial sector represents a major shift towards decentralized and automated financial systems, revolutionizing the way transactions are conducted and paving the way for a more inclusive and efficient global financial landscape
